I note that the weekend training boost used to be +20%, which was noticeable. But now it's +10%? Why? If anything, the Wed and Sat training boosts should be changed to 20%. 

If you are going to keep it at 10%, then you may as well just remove the boosts as there's no point logging on/waiting till those boost periods to do training, as the benefit is barely noticeable. Saves on hero slots as well since we don't need to wait for any particular time to train.

No it is not. The advantage of doing it in weekend is because it give x2 bonus. Not like 70% for wed.

Do you actually did it by yourself? I trained my Ronan 3* into 5* +2 last sunday.
On Wed/Sat, when you train your heroes by 40%, it gave 60% when mega success occurred.
On Sunday, it gave 80% when mega success occurred.
And what a coincidence, last Sunday I got those 80%.

The bonus is more. But what he meant is the chsnce it occurs. Previously it is 20% if i rem correctly. Now its 10%. Same as wed and sat. But the bonus is more on sunday. So technially.. Doing it om sunday is still better.
