Compare it with the vindictive set and you'll know the answer is yes.

It is a very good set. Just compare to the craftable and the stats are already worth it. But of course. U might not get the suffix u want and u need 2 to complete set.
Like i got 5 helms but lack of body. So ya..

Well., a 2-set 5* equipment with bunch of bonus is a good deal for me..
Got 4 hats., no armor..

its is GOOD, but not a must, i think it will return in future event xD
but if can do legendary/master, those are your best bet~

Seems like most people get one or the other? I have 3 armor and no helmet. Though I have seen people that get both in one fight. lucky bastard.
