Hi I am a pretty new player here, less than 3 weeks of playing. Still in the process of building my team.

I have
-Ronan MW (Athena)
-Vincent WL (Hera)
-Cybella GR (Hera)
-Teressa IQ (Hercules)

I have two valiants that I am not sure which class to promote them to:
-Lucille Priest (Athena) -considering IQ or AB
-Kane Archer (Athena) -considering GR or GS

Any suggestion or opinion from forum?

PS: Side question: I got a lot of excess heirlooms that are insufficient to complete a set. What to do with them?

Inquisitor for Lucille, definitely. Will be useful pretty much anywhere and is a core in some end game team  set ups. You should replace your Theresa with Lucille eventually.

For Kane, GR would probably be the best option. Pair him up with your Cybella for aura triggers, if you can crit reliably you can stunlock bosses (really important in Capitol 3).

You should look forward to getting a Kai next, and turn him into a Ninja. He'll help you clear Gold Mine 3 easily. 

As for heirlooms, if you don't have plans of getting more tickets to complete them then it should be fine to sell them. Just make sure the complete sets you already use have the appropriate suffix (of Might if it's the archer's heirloom set and of Wizardry if it's the Mystic set you're talking about).
