We can just grind level one and obtain lulu from achievements. 
300ish of the event drops and from 150x stage one repetitions 

Just found out that Lulu is just a Mystic capped at 4*... Now I'ma gonna take my time in unlocking her and focus on ++ my teams first...

Though mind sharing with us how the 3rd stage looks like? As in what rewards does it give? More "discs" per fight? First stage gave me around 1~4 disc per run without the "Bonus Chest" appearing

Good news, seems like they are adjusting Lulu's event difficulty in the upcoming patch

So sad I can't even clear the first stage.

You'll be able to breeze through the 1st stage with +0 4* heroes with ease. Though.. just make sure you get there... ;/
