First of all you need all maxout 5star hero (level 30-40 and +2 max train) to clear the capitol cause you will need large amount of damage to kill the pumpkins..

Second you will need disabler heros..hero w/ stun sleep or delay counter.. cause you dont want the boss to use her skill.. her 1st skill was pushback silence and heal her self for the damage taken.. her second skill was an aoe massive damage to your troops..the boss normal attack was also high, not giving him an opportunity to attack was a great advantage, stun will be the great solution..
Ex of heros good in legendary capitol
Kane, cybella (gr/gs)
Shizu (assasin/megabane)
Lucille (inquisor) her skill was good because of the shield absorb 100% damage
Vincent,freya (gladiator/warlords) warlord is also usefull cause of his skill witch
Can pull the boss infront of him. So your mile heros dont need to walk
To deal normal attack to the boss..
Zed,keirra (mindwarder) delay counter by 2turn skill can also be usefull in the
Boss fight cause as i said earlier you dont want the boss to use her skill..

Third squad layout.. Long range hero must be place at the back row and the mele hero must be placed at the second row.. you dont need to occupied the first row cause you will need more space for the pumpkin to pump out.. pumpkin max pump out is 6.. every turn it will advance its position when a hero is in the position where it will advance it explode and damage all ur hero.. having a long distance with the pumpkin and ur hero will have a great advantage cause u can deal damage by using ur long range hero to the pumpkin before the pumpkin advance near ur mele hero..remember dont advance ur mele hero when battling with the pumpkin. use the end turn botton when your long range hero already attacked..

Forth items to carry.. carrying heal potion, attack up potion, cleansing syrup will also help in the legendary capitol cause boss normal attack is really high not enough to kill your max 5s troop but sure droop the xp lower by 50% so it will not stand the second hit.. remember when the boss join in battle it will normal attack ur hero so be sure all your hero must be in full health before that, if you dont have lucille ,heal potion will really help.. cleansing syrup will help when the boss usess his 1st skill witch silent all ur troops.. you can use it to ur hero w/ stun sleep skill.. stun the boss but dont normal attack it cause it will only regenarate hp insted of damaging him.. it was also the effect of her 1st skill.. attack up potion will bost ur hero attack to kill the boss faster..

Fifth battling with the boss..always remember the boss have the chance to resist stun, sleep, silence and poison, so using ur skill efficiently will do the tricks.. always use the stun first.. then u have 2 turns to normal attack the boss if you dont have warlords u can walked ur mele hero near the boss.. using sleep skill will sleep the boss, dont normal attack it cause it will deactivate the sleep so u all you need to do is walked your mele near the boss or end turn until the sleep skill is gone, it will then shorten the cooldown of your hero skill.. stun, silence, sleep can be resist by the boss but not the delay counter by 2.. witch means you have 2 turns to survive the boss normal attack, cool down ur other skill and deal damage to the boss..
