Hello, can someone tell me where is a good place to find good fodder with good drop rates for item enhancement? I appreciate it.

Legendary difficulty stages. Higher Act, the better. Act 4 stages on Legendary difficulty may drop 3-4* vanity item, which the other parts of the set (particularly the 4*) can only be obtained from equipment gem summoning, tickets, or if you run legendary stage manually and be lucky to encounter bonus wave that contains treasure box. After you have finished the stage once, you can farm it by using express ticket instead of manual run.

I express run 24-3 while waiting for Eliza to appear. After I'm done killing Eliza, I fed every equipment I got from that string of runs to my heirloom items. That was basically how I enhance 2 pieces my shadow heirloom item from 4* to 5* in the middle of trying to obtain Eliza in this week event.

For lower difficulty, the same thing also apply. Otherwise, you can build an Armorsmith and Mine, then craft random 3* armors daily.
