The only way now is from marketplace, 3*, 3*-4*, 4* skill rune ticket, only the 3* is not recommended because 3* skill rune will forfeit Fury and Energy 4-set bonus.
So, please try your luck on the other ticket.

In rare cases, the ticket will be in bazaar or ladder reward.

Just to inform you, the rates of getting a 4* vamp runes is pretty sad.

imo double strike rune better coz u can restart a new chain attck for a 2nd time

even with berserker as sdd? or only better IF its dragoon drake?

I think its stated somewhere in the forum that double strike runes are not proced by kahuna's aura if youre using mikan's sdd team.

tried in raid, it works now~ but is purely rng, got 2 turn without ANY proc, and some times 1 turn lasted 2minute (the points is as much as ur dps!) means if have 13k drake, you are godly. if 8k atk like mine, still can dish out dmg just fine.
