In Valiant Force, sometimes you might be asked by our Customer Service team for your Player ID or FunPlus ID. This is to enable the team to check on your game data related to bugs and payment error.
Here are the steps to locate both Player ID and FunPlus ID. It is recommended you take screenshots of these 2 details for future use.
Click on the "Social" icon on the top right corner of the screen.
Click on the "Requests" tab, and locate your Player ID.
