Some questions for a newbie.

Greetings!
I started on the newest server name cryon however i kinda had no idea what i'm doing at the moment.
My current units as listed below:
5 star
Vivi hera
Rhea glad ares
Kane GR Hera
Cubella RH ares
Vincent zerk Kratos
Matilda SW Kratos
Potential 5 star
Cybella Markman hercules
Leon Zealot Zeus
Raegar Kensei Athena
Sven Slayer Ares
Tristan Zealot Ares
Teresa Saga Athena
My current squad
Vincent Zerk,Kane GR,Cybella RH
Rhea Glad,Vivi
Any improvement could be made?So far the meta is leaning towards pure tank team

Let's see by unit:
Vivi hera: Best faith, go for Ranger team can use both PvP and PvE
Rhea glad ares: Best faith, use with Trigger team (can be ranger only or ranger mix with melee)
Kane GR Hera: Best faith, use with Trigger team
Cubella RH ares: usually use in PvE in event that monster attack first, invest this unit later, or drop it
Vincent zerk Kratos: Bad faith: Try to change to Area or Zeus, Can use in many situation, but prefer PvE
Matilda SW Kratos: Good faith, only use for SDD team made her to +2 max training and leave her for now unit you got Kahuna
Potential 5 star
Cybella Markman hercules : bad faith try to change to Hera ,and made her to Gunslinger
Leon Zealot Zeus: Good faith made him to Blood Knight for Main attacker in SDD team
Raegar Kensei Athena: Bad faith usually use Ares, still both path is hard to use so leave this for later, and when come back try Magebane
Sven Slayer Ares: Best faith both class is good but right now I think Warlord is easier to use
Tristan Zealot Ares: Bad faith try change to Kratos but I never use this unit so I don't know which path is better
Teresa Saga Athena: IMO Theia (beginning unit) is better healer (LOL)
Suggest team:
Ranger team: Cybella gunslinger (promote Markman), Vivi, Kane, Rhea
last unit is up to you

My current comp is
Vivi,Kane,Cybella,vincent,rhea.
I was planning on switching in raegar for cybella but i'm not really sure.
Arena is full of tank with 10k hp/4 to 5k defense(Whale) and my team barely do any damage.
So i still need kaluha in the long run?Or maltida would do?
