I just summoned 2000 worth of gems summons and not even a single 5 star potential is found. Why VF why????? Has the rates been lowered because of the Valianite shop? What is this!?? How could this have happened?? Not even a single 5 star potential after 50 pulls what is this ridiculous rate???

Don't be too upset, it's just RNG in work. Many more people have faced worse situation than you.
BTW be grateful because of the new valianite shop, otherwise your 2000 gem would become total waste.
