Hello valiants are supposed to be deep end game stuff. yeah that is right, give everyone all the best valiants then nothing to aim for and more people quit. It is already good that valiants are even given out free once a month. I have yet to see a game where the game give players the best characters every month. u are asking way too much.

Also to add RNG is there for a reason. ur reasoning is lets just totally do not bother about one of the biggest mechanism of the game and give everyone Good RNG so no one will quit. If people want to quit based on RNG, how far are u going to go to make them not quit. Give all new players 6* godly equip, full 5* set of runes etc etc? maybe developers pays the players cash to play the game too?

And there are people like you who does not care about those players who aren't that blessed by RNG. You can be selfish but please keep your opinion to yourself. The purpose of this thread is to be considerate to others and keep the playerbase alive.

If you haven't seen a game that gives the best characters every month, then search for Seven Knights, a netmarble game. They give 7 knights selector, 4 lords selector and many other selectors generously whether it's from login rewards or events. Did players quit because of that? Hell no, that game has hundred of thousand active players. Is Seven Knights successful? Yes, and seeing Valiant Force actually taking ideas from Seven Knights is an obvious proof.

Giving everyone easy access to end game valiants will make people quit even sooner.

Fyi only my first valiant from game start darrion is good to use straight, my two kanes from first month are both athena totally useless. next month i get kratos shizu which is not exactly good and hera lucille which i spent 2 5* to reroll to zeus. my RNG is not good with valiants but i accept it and just wait for next pair the next month

In a developer's meeting that took place in Thailand during TGS2016,
the devs did mention that in the future new players would have the option to select their first valiant.
So I think it's just a matter of time before valiant selection happens in VF.
In Seven Knights, during launch they also had random valiant ticket as login reward and only changed to valiant selector some time later.

If you are just gonna keep saying what you want to say while nitpicking on what I said or ignoring some facts which is inconvenient for you, then I would kindly request you to stop replying here because you do not create any constructive criticism regarding this matter. Not to mention, you actually had good valiant pulls, no wonder you want to be selfish.

Would be nice if that will really be the case for VF eventually.
Having the option to pick the first valiant is a nice idea but beyond that, I hope the selector never comes until much later. In 7K, it wasn't introduced until over a year later when the first batch of "anti-valiants" were introduced. What they should be doing until then is to create new contents, be it modes or platforms, that allow non-PVP oriented valiants to have a niche use for.

why i do not like this idea is because it is not an idea to improve the game which is what this forum is for, but to give in to player's need for instant gratification when there is no need to as players already have a confirmed chance to get not 1 but 2 valiants every month.

The game is still way too young and the staff resource at hand can be better used to make the game better rather then time used to please everyone esp when u try to please everyone, u end up pleasing no one just like real life.

Everyone will not feel any sense of achievement to getting something since everyone else should get it too else they rage quit. Too many people put suggestions here not to improve the game but to improve their me me me too

I think for the meantime, it's better if they can lower the rates of the Valiants you already got.  For example, for the first time you got 16,67% chance for every valiants, then you got shizu.
For the next random, you got 8% chance for shizu while you got higher chance for the other valiants. So you can at least get another Valiants instead of several copies of the same unit.
Because i also hate if people keep picking the same unit just for the sake of "meta" like in 7K's case :D

P.S: I already got 4 Kane, really want Shizu so bad. Her costume is getting dusty lol

New players only? How about the old ones.. :( I think they should sell valiants in arena per character instead of a ticket
