Devs, shouldn't you Be Valiant and Play Fair too?

Fri Mar 24, 2017 5:35 pm

This is in regards to the current Event Quest. I realize mistakes can be made, but shouldn't you just accept this one and move on instead of stealth changes?

Specifically, the in game quest log had a requirement to beat floors 15 and 25 in the Tower Keep. I and some fellow guild members completed that requirement but nothing happened. Typically, just restart game and it's okay.

That didn't work so at least I send in a ticket figuring they'll fix whatever flag didn't get recognized in the system. Instead 4 hours later I get mail back saying I should restart and check again. Lo and behold, stealth update and the requirements are 20 and 30.

Now, I'm not worried the guild won't get to 20 and 30 vs. 15 and 25 but still, where's the "valiant" or "fair" part in that? Shouldn't you guys just suck it up and keep it as is? It's not like you accidentally set the RNG to make 5* cards pop out of the 45k gold 10x draw. I'm sure the smaller guilds would appreciate the break too.

Stealth updates after being caught is a shame on you guys.

This.

I just posted a reply on another thread about this.

I also feel bad for the guilds that doesn't have enough manpower/strong players to push through those walls.

Might be a stretch, but I feel that this kinda promote guilds to kick out weaker members, if the guild raids haven't send that message already.

Well said,
my current guild is suffering for people quitting, and lost most of the main power. it's really hard to complete this quest, not to mention the raid boss.
it seems like this event and raid is forcing people to merge guild or find a better guild.
anyway for the feedback: yeah please play fair for dev, stealth change will never give a good impression, and while I understand older player need new challenge and difficulty may need to be risen too, but please consider new player/new guild/developing guild for new features and event. I'm really concern about where this game is heading lately.

This has been a problem for my guild. Being in a small guild, some of our strong members left for stronger guilds just to finish the achievements leaving us with just smaller chances of clearing this event. Like the raid being a very hard for newbies and small guilds wasnt enough.  :(

I 2nd this, our top 4 players left as well. Snake raid is still OK but cyclops is very tough without more firepower.
