Just want to say that when I first started VF, it was one of my most enjoyable gaming experiences. I know the game is undergoing some serious issues now in terms of how the latest ideas/content was implemented but I hope for the best. Please find the following suggestions and I hope that some of these will be taken into consideration for future updates:
1. Please provide a tutorial for how to use the chat and communicate with other players. I think to this day, there are still guild members who never respond in guild chat because they don't even know a chat channel exists even though they are active contributors. You also need to improve in-game communication functionality: Let us send mail to guild members and friends via post office and PM them if they are currently online.
2. Give us an option to skip certain animations when we use the buildings in our garrison (e.g. Wishing Well, Fusion Altar and Salvage Yard animations) and combat starting text e.g. "Wave 1 of 2", "Event Hero Bonus", "Ally Buff", "Boss Wave" etc. Gets old after having to run multiple event quests for ladder.
3. Express ticket functionality is too limited... it's not an outright beneficial item unlike say, potions or gold. You forfeit group hero XP, the chance to build up friendship points, and the chance of bonus encounters. Any bundle that has express tickets is automatically out of my consideration, so please improve it. For express, perhaps give an option to auto-bring a friend along as well... reason to use express tickets (a good idea!) is normally to save time or save battery power from repeatedly farming a zone.
4. Have an option in Arena to look up hero skills/class when you are facing them. Most of us can't remember all the different heroes skills/auras just by looking at the portrait, although nowadays it's mostly summoners and rangers, heh.
5. Suggestion to reduce loading times -- please have the option to toggle 3D model loading except for the main town/garrison and main combat parts of the game e.g. let us turn it off at the squad selection screen (just before combat) or the story quest chapter selection screen. This will cut down on the time spent waiting for the game along with Point 2.
6. For auto-combat (a great idea!), give us an option to use hero skills or not to use skills.
7. For garrison, please show time left before next resource is generated e.g. gem cavern, academy, watermill, and also a different graphic once the building is at max capacity. Also, have an option to turn off Post Office notification for certain items e.g. energy unless it's close to expiring (e.g. 1 hour left)
8. Possible to toggle between guns vs bows graphics options for GUNslingers especially? The sets are all bows, but it would be nice to have an option for the looks. You can even just use the existing gun graphics in the game.
9. Regarding the Daily "Defeat X Enemies in Quests", is it bugged? Unlike the Guild Quest "Enemies of the Guild", it doesn't give credit for Event Quests like Gold Mines and Tower of Despair, only Story and Job Quests.
10. Please consider buffing Daily Login rewards, which become lacklustre after the first month -- Don't give express tickets and XP potions, please?
11. For max level Wishing Well reward, at least give silver smithing hammers?
12. For maxed level but not maxed training heroes, please consider giving a small amount of training points/percentage if the hero repeatedly is used in gold/fodder farming quests that would otherwise normally give XP? Sometimes hardly any suitable 3* fodder drops and one has to do many runs to get enough gold to summon heroes.
13. Guild chest rewards are extremely lacklustre at higher player levels. Should have some guaranteed gems by then for the gold cost.
14. Quest rewards also don't scale with how hard it is to complete the "All-time Quests", especially for legendary arena, trials, rune upgrade, hero upgrading, and weapon collector. Why isn't there any item slot quest reward?
15. Leveling up player level should give more item slots; hero slots don't get used up so quickly, or perhaps have runes not take up item slots. Also good to show player level exp progress meter not just graphically but also in terms of numbers.
16. Days with Training/Fusion boost of 10% is not significant enough to make a difference.
17. Friend ally becomes naked/no gear when resuming combat (from a disconnect or program force close). Usually happens during repeating job quests when my game quits on its own, sometimes also on repeating event quests. Shouldn't this be fixed? There is already a penalty of -5% stats. Just apply it to the ally too instead of removing all gear bonuses.
18. Regarding the Skip button during summoning, can you please make another one in the bottom right instead of top right only? Harder to tap top right corner on phones for most people.
19. Regarding runes, please let us lock runes too. Also, when selling runes, have unequipped runes appear at the top, not bottom, just like equipment. It's annoying to have to scroll down to sell them each time.
20. Regarding the Academy, please give a warning that switching job relics midway will reset the timer for production e.g. you have 2 hrs left before your promotion item is ready -- are you sure you want to change production now?
21. Why are gold mine production and expedition returns capped so early? The expedition cost also seems rather high... 6K gold for 50K gold? The Gem Cavern expedition costs also seem excessive for what you get back from the expedition. 100K to get 10 gems when it costs 25 gems to get 200-300K from Gold Mine Event? The fact is gold levels will also be low because gold is used up very quickly (garrison, expeditions, hero training and especially equipment). It should be the same cost as job key expedition (2 keys = 50K gold = 10 gems).
22. Please display crit percentage when you inspect hero stats during combat too, thank you.
23. Please have a clearer description for gold dust/ore/ingot/bar/bullion -- say that it's not used for anything else and that it's OK to sell. At first thought they could be used for crafting as well, being new to the game.
24. For general and guild chat, please have an option to hide announcements for upgrades/achievements so as to not miss important messages.
25. Regarding arena, it should not be a daily quest as players are then forced to choose between risking arena ranking/score (they may not have all day to keep finding suitable match-ups) and forfeiting the gems from completing all daily quests. PVP should be optional, not compulsory for an RPG.
