Shouldn't this be an auto-clear quest? Quite sure this is intended to be done early in the game, but now that we're high level and stuff and all our buildings are fully upgraded at the moment, this has become a road block.

This. I was actually thinking the same.

This is actually my concern too. and if you look at the other quests, its repeated on 21/25/33/37/54/69th guide quest.

 i just hope they do something about this.

Yup I literally destroyed one of my buildings for this quest ;_;

I finish to upgrade all buildings.
I can't destroy a building and create a new one only for a matter of beginner quest.

I think its not about how to turn it off..like me..all building are maxed out. All plot use, so to get the achievement. Is destroying a building n upgrade it again the only way to clear the achievement?

Can u ask your little birdy for the info. If the little birdy still alive.

Yes if you destroy and build again it will give you the quest completed.
But is really masochist..
Especially for beta completionist people, that have to suicide building with no reasons..
