Please increase prismatic essence shards obtainable from daily event from 20 to 35.
Veterans having it hard to awaken a hero, even worse for newer players, I'm sure only 1% of the playerbase can enjoy this feature at release.

Also, give alternatives on prismatic essence shards farming. Be it 35~100 shards from Queen's Egg or 35 shards for 1 medal in Premium Bazaar.

Shards should also drop in lower difficulties but with lesser amount of course. I know a huge amount of players are still unable to clear master difficulty for TOD. Its just unfair to the general population that shards are exclusive only to players who can clear master difficulty.
