How can I unlock them? I already have 2 but can't really see them when I'm training.

hmm check the unit under hero and if they have a bronze border on their right it means they're locked. rare units come locked now it seems (like units with 5 star potential) so you don't accidentally feed them away.

to answer you, select the unit and then select the red lock icon left of the 3d circle (right of the screen).

Imagine, the event is ending and you failed to get 100% milestone because of the fire chick quest :p

Ya this is what I worried.. because the monster card not necessary will give you one. And I have hard time clearing legend , guess I have to stick to heroic..
