For a Ares champion who takes 4xATK runes set, what would be better for the rests 2x, DEF% or HP%?

Hi LeonZai! 
i have a few questions, sorry if there are many.
my squad
5* Darrion Blood Knight(hercules)
5* Victoria Blood Knight(ares)
5* Cybella Gunslinger(zeus)
5* Siena Archbishop(zeus)
4* Kane Hunter(ares) planning to make a 5* Grand Ranger
4* Rin Rogue(hercules) just a support

1) Valiant ticket or Leah in exchange for blood tokens? 
 i really can't decide because i don't have a champion in my squad for the purpose of PVP/arena.
 2) what are your thoughts for Leah berserker and warlord? or Leah in general. so that i may know if she is worth it. 
 3) Which squad composition is better for arena?
 4) should i use, Siena or Kane/Cybella? which character suits my squad well, or has the edge?
 5) what other characters and classes would you recommend or any other suggestions?

I was looking at my hero inventory jn and i realised that i had 3 of luthors in there what r they good for and do u think they could be used in my team for pvp and pve?

5* Zedd Elementalist (Athena)

Would like to ask, which of these should I prioritise to 5* and what jobs should they go?: 
4* Freya Slayer (Kratos)
3* Theresa (Ares)
3* Luthor (Zeus)
3x 3* Kai (Ares) (Ares) (Hercules)

If I leave a guild, is there any cooldown period before I can join another Guild?
Or I can join immediately to another guild..

2. Kane Sharpshooter's skill says "increases 25% of CRIT to ATK and deals 230% magic damage", is the magic damage dealt after 25% buff or before 25% buff?
3. Is there a limit to maximum energy?

iirc 300 is max energy u can hold
kane buff will add to his skill attk
stat rune base amt scales with the amount of tiles used.
