I agree that new players should gear up and level before attempting harder, more end game content, but this is a timed event we are talking about. 
If we are talking about a separate raid/level which is perpetually there, and they can come back to attempt in a month or two, than I am by all means agreeable to that level of difficulty. But expecting the majority of your player base (which will be f2p and only starting from official launch) to reach that kind of level within 10 days is .... Which is why I say the developers are sending the wrong message, because all it tells me now is "spend money or byebye event". Catering to the needs of the whales and betas is not wrong, but if that is all you are thinking of at this point when your game is only 3 weeks in, then it might go south pretty quickly.

But is this handful of people supposed to be your expected normal event crowd?
There are already a number of purely F2P players posting how they got over the trials in Facebook groups. You are just one of those who aren't willing to experiment, or just wanting everything to be served nicely on a plate for you.

Ive played since day 1 of CBT and stop after lulu event, started again after game release. so you can say im around 2 month old account.
I've only bought emiko package X2, starter pack and 1X energy bundle. total around 25 sgd? VIP prestige 3
Ive clear the entire 21 trials on the 2nd morning of the event. i dont know if im considered lucky? i got seraphina 3* after my 2nd 10X gacha. total spent for this event 800 gems.
i have 20 keys which im saving up for kai, cause i wanted a ninja. So instead i pump it into seraphina to become a rogue. Cleared it the following day. No LB hero, no rare equipment, all farmable stuffs. Spam tons of pots and items thou.

Everyone have to understand risk and reward. If in the future, timed event become insanely easier to clear, which is a walk in the park for the future you, we old player can't complain. Cause we asked for it and we have to understand that such event won't be givin out good rewards as there is little to no risk therefore little to no reward.

Such is the problem with diplomatic solution, we vote for things that benefit the current us, knowing that it will only take 1 month to reach the future you, whatever benefit we asked for become obsolete. We make noise again.

All these discussion reminds me of how World of Warcraft turned into World of Carebear.

Like I say, if the event difficulty remains the same 1 year from now, and everybody is clearing with ease, its not anybody's fault but the developer.
Its not my job or your job to keep the game interesting for me, its for the developer. If everyone keeps quiet, they imagine that everything they are doing is perfect, which is not the case.

Haiz...look..what are u looking for actually with all those ranting? What are u expecting out of the event? Ask yourself..can u do it??? Can u achieve it??

Theres a feedback and suggestion collumn here in the forum itself. Suggest it there or improve the suggestion thats already been there.

Why arguing with fellow players. Just coz cant complete/ compete with the difficulty of the legendary level?? Or are u too salty looking at people achieving it and u cant??

Difficulties / challages are meant to be beaten. The dev wont launch the even if its not beatable. At certain point at the game u will meet with bumps and limits.

Yess bazaar is one way to get the new hero, but its all up to u think if u are up fot the challage. Dont give excuses, say such, oh..hes a p2p so he can do it, oh..hes a cbt so he can do it. Dont be bs.

The 100% achievement are well made and known for the veterens and hardcore players. For the other types of players that u mention, u got the bazaar, as simple as that.

Dont blame and ranting others for your incompetance. U looking for constructive discussion yet u dont put a baseline of what a f2p can or could do. U cant go to the 2nd floor without going to the 1st floor. This is what, 23 days. 23 DAYS from launch date. U see even some cbt f2p has difficulties and some has pass the 21/21 trials. They play for 3 month++, did u know that.

Is the last lulu and aria event, i tell u here
.not all players achieve the 100% coz of 1 hickup, complete all * trials. Yet the feedback are not like this.

For all u new players out there. Measure your own capability and not look at others achievement as a discracement for your own incapability. Grow your team, how u do it its up to u yourself how to do it.

Another one who don't know how to read or what I am implying. Keep repeating myself.

If you want to have an event that is engaging the entirety of your player base, then it makes sense to have the difficulty relatively achievable by the bulk of the player base.

Sure you can achieve, sure someone can achieve. Hell yeah maybe 10% of the player base can achieve. But what is your goal in providing this event if you are more than likely discouraging a large part of your base? First event, okay 3 weeks, getting poisoned to death, sure first event, maybe I suck too much. By end of event I grind and get to 100% and feel maybe I am getting somewhere. Didn't get all the stuff on bazaar but hey wings and whatnot for the beta and the whales why not.

2nd event, legendary chests are a joke. Have to rely on RNG to get the correct chests. Sure I can force close and know which chest it is, I can't dps enough get to the last row chest before goblin comes so yeah it's purely chance. So yeah probably my squad still sucks or it's my fault I can't get sera with 4x10 rolls.. okay.

So how long you expect this to persist? Hmm? You can convince me 30% can complete but you cannot convince me 70% all didn't try hard enough. And by the time we 70% level and get eq, the ones so far in front will be craving another challenge which devs will be obliged to cater to.

And salty? Nah. I didn't spend enough to convince myself to be salty, but I'm quite sure some people out there disagree. This is my honest opinion.

Lets say you are a new born child. 3months old.
Your elder brother (6yo) got birthday celebration. Guess what is he having? Mcdonalds!

But you are too young to eat that, not suitable age. What do you do?
I know! You QQ. Because not everyday is your brother's birthday. You can not reach in time to enjoy it.

Are you going to ask your "parents" or "brother" in this scenario to make the event all year round?
