Rune is not working as intended. Even when opponent team is down to approximately 1 percent, the miracle rune proc. Pretty sure a maxed out miracle rune only works when life is 75percent or more.

Tested it on my own toon as well and miracle rune proc too when my hp is way below 50percent.

Can mods check on this please. Thanks

I also experienced the same thing.
Pretty sure the description is "Endure Killing Blow if HP > 90% (% Decrease on upgrade)", I don't know how the value is at +15, maybe like what you said (75%).
Many times I tried to kill units below 50%, and Miracle procs.

This need to be checked on, since i am sure this is annoying lots of people climbing arena.

Can confirm this as well, its really annoying cause its such a game changing thing esp if you are playing arena match

Yes , Can confirm this too, enemy guardian have sliver of Hp then bam.. Miracle.. after that they use BK skill to heal. VF please..

This need to be fixed badly.

Confirming as well, died to this many times in PvP, red bar, miracle, heal, ggwp.

I noticed that after patch, miracle rune run as intended on my unit. But still not fixed for enemy units at arena :/
